Become an ISIC issuer
As part of the ISIC Association’s Territory Development Strategy, we aim to grow our issuing partner network worldwide to ensure as many students as possible have access to the ISIC card and its benefits internationally.
If you are interested in becoming an ISIC Provisional Licensed Authority in a country where no ISIC issuer currently exists please express your interest by contacting us.
Upon receiving your expression of interest, the ISIC Global Office will then provide further information and request you provide a business plan and 5-year forecast.
Once business plans have been received and assessed, selected applicants will invited to present on their business plan in person to the ISIC Global Office in Amsterdam. This process takes between 1 to 5 months depending on the number of applications received.
Following this process, suitable applicants will be put forward to the ISIC Association Board for ratification. Once the decision has been ratified by Board an agreement will be signed between the ISIC Global Office and the new Provisional Licensed Authority. The new Provisional Licensed Authority will then be announced as an official ISIC issuer. This stage usually takes approximately 1 to 3 months.
